International Intensive holds the right to cancel a candidates that takes part in the audition in case of an incomplete registration for the audition.

The course fee should be paid within 14 working days after the date of the invoice by the participant. If course fee has not been paid by the indicated date, the participant cannot participate in the course.

Participants are obliged to provide for their own health and liability insurances and provide proof if requested by International Intensive team.

Without the proper insurance,
the participant cannot participate in the course.

Participation in the workshop, classes can bring risks, the participant must be aware about that. Participation in the course is on voluntary basis and at the risk of the participant.

 

The International Intensive team must be informed if a participant has any injury, allergies or other health problems and supplied letter must be submitted.

 

International Intensive DOES NOT accept any liability for any material or immaterial damage, regardless of it's cause.

The participants are aware that classes can be photographed or recorded on video for publicity purposes of International Intensive & The International Ballet School.

The media material is property of International Intensive and The International Ballet School and cannot therefore be claimed.

 

Cancellation

International Intensive/ The International Ballet School has the right to cancel all activities of the summer intensive, 4 weeks prior to start date Received payments of course fees will be refunded to all participants in case of such a cancellation by International Intensive/The International Ballet School. International Intensive/The International Ballet School cannot refund invested travel costs or international financial transaction costs.
Until 4 weeks before start date cancellation by a participant is free of charge. If injured within the course there is no refund.

In case of last minute cancellation of enrollment on the course by participant, the course fee will not be refunded by International Intensive/The International Ballet School, however participation may be deferred to the following year.

Due to Covid-19 International Intensive/The International Ballet School is not responsible for contamination or risks.
